A hearty pumpkin creme soup to enjoy on a rainy day.

  1. Peel and chop onion, garlic, potato and put in a pot together with the pumpkin, butter and nutmeg. Cook on medium to high heat for 15-20 mins. Add some water if needed.

  2. Adjust taste with salt and pepper.

  3. Puree the soup with a stick blender and serve immediately.

  4. Garnish with cream and the rusks.
